Mr. Fish

London is the first leg of our Euro trip, and of course no visit to England would be complete without its famous fish and chips. My friends and I did some quick sleuthing and found out that Mr. Fish is one of the better-known and better-reviewed fish and chips restaurants around our area, so we decided to walk over to give it a shot.

I ordered a large cod, which came with the chips, of course. The fish was freshly fried, nicely battered, and absolutely delicious with tartar sauce and a squeeze of lemon. The chips (which are what Brits call fries), reminded me of “fat fries” from Fatburger or potato wedges. All in all the meal was great and definitely hit the spot. Great start to an epic trip!
