Studio B Buffet

Sin City is known for many things, from the shiny lights to the classy resorts to the gambling and nightlife. All-you-can-eat buffets also rank at the top of the list, and Vegas is home to some of the best buffets around. Every time I visit, I always try to stop by at least one buffet.

There are many things that I look for in a buffet that determines how it stacks up to other buffets. Studio B Buffet, located in M Resort just south of the Strip, passed all criteria with flying colors, and more. Prime rib, check. I had three slices during my visit, and let’s just say it’s one of the juiciest and most flavorful prime rib I’ve tried in a long time. Korean short ribs, check. Amazingly tasty. Asian food, check. Their Thai offering was impressive – I really enjoyed their green curry. Their Chinese offering wasn’t too bad, either. How about dessert? They had their own bakery, plus an assortment of gelato. I was in food heaven. And to top everything off, they had unlimited wine and beer on tap. All for $23 dinner price. Dinner price!

I wouldn’t be surprised if this was the best value/taste combo buffet in all of Vegas. In fact, I can pretty confidently say this is definitively the best value/taste combo buffet in Vegas. Check this place out the next time you visit! Weekday brunch is $15, and they usually have everything a typical Vegas buffet offers, including seafood.
